Rajamane Innovations started with a vision of establishing a world-class facility in the segment of manufacturing and producing automotive and non-automotive components through the process of cold forging. The organization, based in Bangalore Rural, kick-started its commercial operations with manufacturing just one type of component and as of 2019, the organization catered to developing and manufacturing over 40 different components.
The organization is on a non-stop drive to update and upgrade itself with the fast changing and fast evolving technologies in the world. Right from the process of designing new requirements of the customers, to developing and manufacturing components, this young organization is catering to customer requirements from scratch. Being equipped with a state-of-art in-house designing, tooling and manufacturing facility, the organization’s aim is to provide one-stop, innovative solutions for customers in the automotive and non-automotive segments.
The unique products that we develop, require us to follow various processes at different stages of manufacturing. The process flow varies from component to component.
Below are the various processes adopted for manufacturing components at our unit. We have created in-house facilities for each of these processes.
SAWING
Raw material is cut into different sizes based on the component drawing specifications.
The raw material is softened and a layer of lubrication is formed to prepare the material for forging.
Three types of forging processes ie., Forward Extrusion, Backward Extrusion and Combined Extrusion, are used to forge a component depending on component requirements.
The components are machined to precision as per requirements.
All the requisite specifications are checked with adequate measuring instruments.
In this process we cut the raw material to the different sizes based on the component drawing specifications.
Annealing is a process used for softening of the raw material.
A certain amount of lubrication is required for forging raw material into the requisite component.
There are different types of cold forging process.
In final inspection process we check all the dimensions with the measuring instruments.
